Session Introduction:
- Key session outcome: Identify 3-5 non-Christians from your relational network who may be open deeper conversations about faith.
- You may want to reiterate the importance of confidentiality as you begin this session. It’s critical that Life Groups are:
1) confidential for the members meaning no one shares other people’s information outside the group.
2) confidential when talking about people outside the group (i.e. non-Christian friends)- sharing should be general in nature, avoid unnecessary details.
PRAY
- Begin your Life Group with worship songs, contemplative prayer, thankfulness, personal prayer requests or similar.
- Thank God for the people who helped you come to faith in Jesus.
- Pray for this Term 3 church wide evangelism initiative – pray for Discover Church, your Life Group, Ripple Effect course, the Kids Church and Youth Group.

Discussion Questions:
- How could you carve out regular time like Jeri to build relationships with non-Christians?
- As suggested, questions are critical to relational evangelism – why is this so? How could you improve your ability to ask questions and listen well?
- You identified 3-5 non-Christians in your Relationship Network last week. Why do you believe they are open todeeper conversations about faith?
- If you were a non-Christian, how would you want to be evangelised?
- Read Acts 8:1–25 (NLT) – Luke describes the spread of the Gospel through Philip into this new city, Samaria (v1-8) – what was unique about this people and place? Why was Simon the sorcerer’s salvation so significant (v9-13)?
