1. The beginning of the sermon reviewed the ‘Discover Breakthrough’ series so far. What have you learnt about the person of the Holy Spirit so far? 2. Read Acts 10:38 (NLT). We see that the Holy Spirit worked through Jesus like dynamite power to defeat the devil and heal all. Is there any reason the Spirit’s power cannot work through us in the same way? 3. The ultimate sign of the Spirit’s Power is Transformation of the human heart as opposed to the long list of the Spirit’s gifts and effects. Explain how your heart is/isn’t currently being transformed by God’s Spirit? (Ezekiel 36:26) 4. Lay hands and Pray for each person to be filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts 8:14-17) and pray for those willing to Speak in Tongues. |
