Discussion Questions
- What do you find most challenging about this idea of the “Third Table”? Is it rearranging your schedule to meet others where they are, entering into their cares and conversations, or sharing the Gospel in a natural, genuine way?
- Read Luke 24:13-35 together. How does today’s culture reflect this moment on the road to Emmaus? Do you see the same sense of confusion or disappointment in people around you, like the disciples felt after everything that had just happened?
- If you had to describe Jesus in one word, what would it be and why? Who could you invite to your “table” this week to share that word with, someone God might be longing to reach through you?
